Tadan LaFrance has spent over a decade in the trenches of sales—from retail storefronts, dealerships big and small, and franchise and local restaurants to door-to-door work, cold calling, on-site representation, and everything in between. That real-world experience is what separates Shift Up from consultants who only work from a whiteboard.
After years of helping businesses grow through hands-on sales work, marketing campaigns, and operational improvements, Tadan founded Shift Up Consulting to bring that same energy directly to small business owners in Minnesota and beyond.
